This Coach Injury & Health Disclaimer applies to all Personal Trainers / Coaches (“Coach”, “Trainer”, “you”) who create or use a Coach account on the Fit369 platform (“Fit369”, “we”, “us”). Fit369 is a technology platform connecting members with independent coaches and does not provide medical, health, or fitness services.
Fit369 does not provide medical advice. All training programs, exercise instructions, demonstrations, and recommendations you provide to members are your sole responsibility. Coaches must not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medical treatment.
• Assessing a member’s readiness for physical activity.
• Modifying or stopping exercises based on injuries or health limitations.
• Providing safe instruction and proper exercise technique.
• Ensuring sessions are conducted in a safe environment (online or in person).
Physical activity involves inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for any injury, accident, illness, or health issue that may occur to a member during or as a result of training you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining all required fitness certifications, licenses, and safety credentials (including First Aid and CPR/AED where applicable). Expired or missing certifications may result in limited profile visibility or suspension.
Online or remote training carries additional risks due to limited physical supervision and varying environments. You must clearly instruct members on setup, form, and safety precautions.
Fit369 is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from coach-provided services. You agree to indemnify and hold Fit369 harmless from claims related to injuries or health issues.
