FIT369 —APP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Fit369. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Fit369 mobile applications, websites, and services (“Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using Fit369, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be:
• At least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
• Legally able to agree to these Terms.
If you are under 18, parental consent is required.

2. Fit369 Is Not a Training Company

Fit369:
• Does not employ trainers.
• Does not supervise or monitor PT sessions
• Does not guarantee results
• Only provides a technology platform

3. Description of Services

Fit369 provides fitness programs, workouts, personal trainer (PT) booking, progress tracking, in-app chat, and other related features. Fit369 is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Fit369 offers fitness and wellness information for educational purposes only. You should consult a physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
Fit369 is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from using the app, workouts, or guidance provided.

5. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your password secure.
• Not share your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Personal Trainer (PT) Services

Fit369 provides a platform for users to connect with personal trainers. Trainers are independent providers and are responsible for their own sessions, coaching, and availability. Fit369 is not liable for trainer actions, advice, or conduct.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refunds must be requested through the App Store or Play Store.

8. Payments Disclaimer

Fit369 only collects member monthly or yearly subscription fees. Fit369 does not collect or handle any payment for freelancer/coaches/personal trainer.
Any payment you make to a freelancer/coaches/personal trainer is your sole responsibility and fit369 holds no liability for such payments or related disputes.
Disputes must be resolved between User and PT..

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The app, design, content, graphics, and all features are the exclusive property of Fit369 and its licensors. Your use of the app does not grant ownership rights to any Fit369 intellectual property.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, upload harmful content, harass trainers or users, hack the platform, or violate any applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fit369 is not liable for:
• Injuries or health issues resulting from workouts
• Damages caused by misuse of the app
• Trainer misconduct
• Loss of data or technical issues
Your use of the app is at your own risk.

12. Termination

Fit369 may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dubai jurisdiction.
